Eyelid micropigmentation – eyeliner micropigmentation

Treatment that uses a special technique of shading for most natural eyliner look. The pigment penetrates the surface layer of the skin, thus not causing any bleeding or scarring the skin. The same technique as powder brows is used, which leaves a natural, light and durable look. This look is accomplished with an aparatus which leaves tiny dots on the skin with the pigment in the shape of pixels.

The treatment is completly painless because a local anesthetic is applied just before, the needle is thin and flexible, but also, the pigmentation is done on the surface of the skin. This process is tailor-made to each face, so that the eyeliner would look as natural as possible and suited to your face shape. Eyelid pigmentation is a type of tattoo, however, by using this technique, the blade doesn't penetrate deep into the skin, hence the effect is semi-permanent.

Is the treatment painful? The treatment is completely painless, all discomfort is brought to a minimum with the help of a local anesthetic, hence, there is no reason to fear the procedure.
Will I look “fake“? One of the most common misconceptions about semi-permanent makeup is that it will look like a tattoo - artificial and obvious. If you are in the hands of a professional make-up artist who specializes in semi-permanent make-up, this will not happen, but just the opposite. When applying semi-permanent make-up, special pigments are used, which achieve more subtle tones and a natural result. Unlike former drawing techniques, today's techniques are less invasive, semi-permanent and natural.

Experts recommend renewing/refreshing the pigment every two years. Iti s important to note that these pigments are sensitive to UV rays, meaning the lighter the pigment, the faster it will fade, while the darker pigments are more resilient. It's recommended to clients to use products with SPF.

PROCEDURE
Upon arrival to your scheduled appointment a local anesthetic is applied, and it takes 15 minutes for the anesthetic to take affect. Afterwards, eyeliner is hand drawn on your eyes which suits your face shape and your liking. We can say that every client experiences an individual approach and the eyeliner is shaded according to your liking for the most natural look. After agreeing on the thickness and shape, we start the tatto process, which lasts for 45 minutes. When the treatment is finished, you get detailed instructions on eyeliner care.

Who should avoid the treatment? This treatment is not recommended to pregnant women and people with skin conditions.
